New consultations take 30-60 minutes and we request you to attend 10 minutes early, to confirm the details of your registration forms prior to seeing the doctor
If cancelling or rescheduling, we appreciate 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in an administration fee of $55. We text you a day or two before to remind you of your appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible if you cannot make it, so we may offer this time to another patient.
All new appointments require a referral. Please hand this referral and any current test results to the administration staff on arrival at your appointment, even if already submitted at the time of booking.
At times, there may be delays in consultation times due to the unpredictability of obstetric practice. We will endeavour to notify you, if possible, to avoid prolonged waiting times.
Staff will keep patient confidentiality at all times. We may request information from your previous Specialists, and if so, will ask you to sign a permission slip for this to happen.
Please update your detail at all review appointments for our system to remain current.
An overview of obstetric and gynaecological fees can be provided upon request.
We request that payment is made on the day of consultation.
This is a private billing practice and the doctors do not bulk bill or have Pensioner discounts.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card and cheque payments.
We submit your Medicare claim online. We request that you register with Medicare Online. This allows for automatic payment of your Medicare rebate into your nominated account.
Patients attending for the delivery of their baby or an inpatient procedure will be provided with individualised estimates. We submit our claim directly to your Health insurer however all procedures have an out of pocket fee.
Please check your insurance to ensure that you are covered for any inpatient and obstetric care. Self-funded and overseas insured patients are welcome
